Cancellation Policy
Suite RULES! PLEASE READ!! -No smoking -Please respect our appointment time, grace period of 10 MINUTES! after ten minutes the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. LATE FEE $15 will be added at the end of service! -24 hour communication before rescheduling REFUND If you would like to cancel, there will be no deposit back. Your deposit will be held for your first Reschedule. If there is a need of a Second Reschedule, you will forfeit your first deposit and Then you will have to pay a new deposit. REFILL Refill appointments requires 50%-40%. If you come with less lashes on the appointment needs to be changed from a "Fill" to a Removal and a New set is required. Cant wait to see you!
